Topic: One Hundred and Eight Panay Salty Souls: One Hundred and Eight Tastes of Performing Arts Creation
Pan Panay, a Hualien Amis, is a graduate of the Department of Ethnic Culture at National Dong Hwa University. She has been engaged in performing arts creation for 15 years, and was nominated for the 21st Taishin Arts Award in the second quarter of 2022 Pulima New Art Station for writing/directing/performing “Calay Silk Line”. 2020 was selected as the winner of the 3rd PULIMA Arts Award for performing arts creation competition, and 2017 was selected for the National Culture and Arts Foundation’s 5th Overseas Arts Tour Project Grant to travel to Japan. In recent years, Pan Banai has been working mainly on cross-disciplinary creation, collaborating with different artists, and performing outside the theater space to interact with the environment.
